Rib-Eye's Terms of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and me ("I", "my"). By accessing or using my content, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the content.

1. Content Usage

- You may collect data through scraping of the content solely for personal research and archiving purposes, in accordance with Free Open Source Software principles, through open-sourced, self-hosted means.

- Publication of scraped data requires prior approval from me as the content holder, except when:

- I am incapacitated or deceased;

- I have been inactive online for 5 years or longer; or

- I have lost rights to the content.

- Collected data must not be used to train models for commercial purposes or with malicious intent against my likeness.

- Training models for Generative AI must not be affiliated with or controlled by corporate entities.

2. Crediting

- For digital use of my content, include a hyperlink to my website or profile where feasible.

- For print use, include attribution consistent with industry standards.

- All uses of my content require attribution unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3. Alteration and Fair Use

- You may alter the content for personal needs under fair use principles.

- Content must remain unaltered, especially for archiving purposes.

- Any commercial benefit or monetary gain derived from altered content constitutes copyright infringement and violates this Agreement.

4. Identity Protection

- Copying my online persona for any purpose is prohibited unless it falls under fair use or parody laws.

- Disclosing my personal information constitutes a violation of anti-doxxing laws and will be subject to legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

- All rights, titles, and interests in the content remain with me unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content beyond fair use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

- I disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the content, except as required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts. You and I irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

By using my content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
